Since we didn't get to spend this Christmas season with any of OUR grandkids, we enjoyed being able to be with my brother Ray's family for their festivities.

And then there was David....intently checking out his new ViewMaster....to the exclusion of everyone else!

And I was really struck by the mother/daughter likenesses.....my niece Lynn, with her 14 year-old daughter, Laura......


...followed by Kristi, and daughter Dani. Like mother, like daughter never rang truer!

But not to be forgotten.....wide-eyed Lela, the youngest of the group....a real cutie even tho' she wasn't feeling well!

Well, that was Christmas Eve....Christmas Day was spent with Jon. Sorry, no pictures! We were too busy munching away, playing cards, watching TV....and having a brief guitar lesson (for Sandy),,,,to take time out to do something as mundane as take pictures. Actually, the camera never left my purse....! Ouch! Oh, well....maybe next year.
