Unfortunately, Willie and I are not there to help her celebrate, but I know that my brother, Ray, and his wife, Linda, are helping to make it a memorable day. We so appreciate their efforts to make it a special day, and we want to acknowledge my mom, Dorothy Fox (AKA Dot), on this milestone birthday.....
