Last Friday we decided to take advantage of our free passes to Lost River Cave here in Bowling Green. After our tour, we decided we were glad that they were free! The boat ride portion of the tour was very short - both in time and distance, but it WAS interesting. What we did enjoy was walking the nature trail and spending time in the butterfly habitat....even got some good pictures.


Saturday morning we got up early to attend the pancake breakfast and yard sale at the Nazarene church....what a friendly group of people who are so outreach oriented. We have really enjoyed attending the Weds. Night services there since the park started closing during the week. Just wish we could have gotten involved sooner.

Saturday and Sunday were spent working here at the park...as Willie likes to say, we only have three work days left at Beech Bend! We have really enjoyed what we have done here, but unless God directs otherwise, we won’t be back to work here. Who knows what He has in store for us in 2007...we certainly don’t!!
