Day #6

It's time for another "photo of the day", but first I want to share a few photos of from Zach's visit with us...it's one way we can make sure that Chris sees what his boys did while they were here and he is half-way around the world!

Zach's time with us included a trip to one of the local farm team games...

 ...and his favorite, a trip to Ripley's Aquarium in Gatlingburg....

 The rays were his favorite, but I liked the moving walkway "through" the shark tank...

 ...and the jelly fish.

 

But my favorite creature was this one...

 

..a very special tweener!

 

He also spent some time helping Papa at Doe River Gorge and while he was there got to ride this horse...

 ...and catch a fish!

We also managed to sneak in a quick trip to Bays Mountain...for a stroll through the woods and wildlife habitats.

Now for the photo of the day.....

 



This is the first year these lovely little succulents have bloomed, and from the looks of it....they're just starting!  What is blooming in your world today?  Maybe it's love, friendship, flowers, gardens....or could it be weeds of bitterness, resentment, anger?  I pray daily that God will help me to only bloom attitudes and character traits that are pleasing to him.
